For some reason MSE won't allow me to post the full T&Cs, it's been happening a lot recently but here's the bit about how they choose the winner

ITEM 8: JUDGING DETAILS Each game will start from zero tweets with the daily winner being the person to tweet at the point of the required threshold which is set in advance of each competition starting.
For example : the 10,000th tweet on Monday.
Each tweet will be counted and meeting different thresholds during the game will bring the map closer to the final point and the one winner per contest.

Tweet at least @absoluteradio #absoluteradiopixels (but can add more comments on) as the more the hashtag gets retweeted the sooner the map will zoom in
