Santander require more info help

Options
Have had a successful claim and returned customer acceptance form to them but they rang today requiring extra info from my husband and won't speak to me , policy in joint names , how can they need more info when they have already agreed to settlement ?

Comments

  • Maybe they want to check the joint mortgage holder (your husband) is in agreement?

Your husband could authorise you, in writing, to speak on his behalf but that might delay matters. If he's out of the house during Santander's office hours could he phone them from work?
