it may take them a few days to sort it all out, i had the same thing but reversed. they gave me money back before they told me it was not in stock!
the particular item i purchased is now back for sale again!
debenhams online seems to have become notorious on these forums for being a bit rubbish.'What's poignancy grandad?'

0845 6055044 8am to 11pm is Debenhams customer service team number for one of their warehouses
They have at least two other centres and each seems to work totally independently of each other, be prepared for confusion !Just for one moment, thought I'd found my way.0 -

They're - colloquial/abbreviated version of 'They are'
There - noun (location other than here e.g. "You can buy groceries there") OR adverb (in or at that place e.g. "They have lived there for years") OR adverb (to or towards that place e.g. "Go there at noon") OR adverb (in that matter e.g. " I agree with you there").0 -
