Ethical Parking Management - Taken To Court

in Parking tickets, fines & parking
Im at the stage of "Debt" being passed on to collectors and possible court action. Has anyone ever been taken to court by EPM?


or does anyone have any further advice for me? thanks

    Nope, no-one, ever. Just keep ignoring except in the highly unlikely event of a real Letter Before Claim (not from debt collectors!) or real court papers

    Okay thankyou! I was advised to offer a small amount to cover their paper and DVLA searches but to state this is not admission just done out of fairness.

    I personally feel it may be better to have no contact. Any advice? Thankyou again

    They will reject your offer, and target you even more as they will think you are a sucker!
