Can some give me some information on how this works.
Do they have one desk setup specifically for anyone wishing to do this? Where is it?

We did this last year. A couple of the normal check in desks were set up for people doing this. We had to check in as normal and were given boarding cards, then take the cases to oversized baggage (opposite the desks) and a man took them off us there.
When stayed in an airport hotel, then just had to go straight through security to the gate the following morning.Here I go again on my own....0 -
Any idea how far in advance you need to return to the airport in the morning?0
