Well done on weight loss SHS, also the AF! I had a glass last night but fell asleep! Very MSE just having a bottle between us on fizzy Friday.
Do you start new job next term?
    June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!
  • Thanks Cath.
Yes new job in January. I have my timetable.
  • Ever get the feeling you are being sabotaged?
DH has just bought a BOTTLE OF RED for SEVEN QUID and artisan-y HUGE BREADSTICKS.
  • Woohoo I lost another pound.
DESPITE someone forgetting I was on skimmed milk...
  • Hi SHS, I'm new to posting on here. Well done on your weight loss. I've read though your diaries and we are about to bottle another barrel of rose blush wine from your recommendation of beaverdale kits. This will our 4th large mix of sauvignon blanc or blush. We made a 6 bottle shiraz and a cider in lieu of posting and packing charge.

I can't really say it's saved me money though... I keep giving it away and of course enjoying it (14lbs up ) too much. :D

It will be a dry January for me accompanied by lots of walking an SW. We are also trying to sell our house. I want to downsize to make completing our mortgage in 10 years more manageable.

Good luck with your plans and your new job

Well doneon the homebrewing...impressed it stays around long enough to bottle!

I think this has been at least half my problem.

The more I think about it, the more I want the same...downsizing I mean.
Good luck with your plans and your new job

Thank you. Have you read weightloss!!!!!'s blog? She does SW.

I am totally in love with myfitnesspal since using it is delivering such predictable results...its simple thermodynamics I shouldn't be surprised but I still am!

DH is driving me a bit mad, has lost his phone for the nth time. It IS like having another child sometimes.
  • No I haven't read the blogs, but I can see me having a new addiction come January. I've tried pretty much everything to lose weight but I've lost the same 2-3 stone each time. My legs are too gammy to run these days. I'll look at myfitnesspal, yours and Helen's results are proof of the pudding so to speak.

My god I feel so voyeuristic looking into so many lives and tripping off names like old friends. (Newgirly , tilly, ed, HDK , SSS, CathT to name a few). MSE has taken over the last 6 months.
