My colleague has had real issues with EE when she changed over; they cancelled her old broadband contract but forgot to order the new connection so she had no internet access for over a week :eek:

They are basically refusing to do anything to help inside a week.

Internet back on.

Results disappointing across the board. Positive residuals for my group, despite their mostly sub 90% attendance.
A bit meh.
