  • Booze boozed in place of food (!?).

    Today we have liddly shop and get the Plops out.
  • £16 spent on two riding coats for the girls.
    Uniform audit done for DD2. We are missing at least two school sweatshirts.

    DH went out with the Plops and must be pretty wet by now.

    Christmas cards written.
  • £16 for two coats is good. As a younger person most of my weekend calories were alcoholic! Can't do it now though. Have a good rest of the weekend x
    Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
    Still thrifty though, after all these years:D

    Been to Liddly and purchased a cardet/jackigan since the stupid drycleaners have had my work clothes for four weeks and counting.
    Went down to check on the baby hippo who is having a night in.

    Strictly/Dr Who in front of a roaring fire I think.

    Sounds like a relaxing evening. Well done on the weight loss, that's great!

    INspired by you I am going for 28 days alcohol free which takes me to week before Christmas. I only miss it on a Friday and as long as I have something fizzy in a wine glass I get by. It really had just become habit drinking on a Friday. In our early years together, Dh and I rarely drank. Hmmm, that was pre-kids and stressful (at times) jobs! How young and carefree we were!
