Well done on the weight loss SHS, I am sure you can hit half a stone by Monday.
I am a fan of MFP too. It certainly makes you think about what you are eating and I found that certain items (a very small piece of Th0rntons toffee) are shockingly high in calories:eek: I link mine to my fit bit and also log any runs or swims I do so I can earn a few more caloriesI also found that walking burned nearly as many calories as running!
Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%
Pay off £7000 - £1743 - 19.4%
Make £2021 extra income - £99.750 -
Thanks X spender. They do say its not the speed but the distance travelled though I think walkers miss the running buzz (or so I have heard!).
I have made my standard veg soup (recipe on blog) and calorie counted it at 88 cal for two american cup measures.
I have a birthday coming up that is in the eleven times table, it might be time to give up my annual claim that I am 39!!0 -

Morning all.
Great Dr Who last night and a woman writer for a change.
Thank Goodness they killed off Clara. Hope she stays dead this time!
Apart from Terry Nation (of course) one of the best Blakes 7 writers was a woman (Tanith Lee). Random aside.

Never watched a single Capaldi episode
Its funny with the companions since the reboot ... when they've had a celebrity one - Rose Tyler, Donna Noble - I've thought, omigod, its going to be a disaster. But they're not, they've been brilliant. The others are okay (ooh, Karen Gillan was fantastic, so was Arthur Darvill) but, but ... I wonder who they'll bring in next?2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Surely they have lined up Maisie Williams (Arya Stark from Game of Thrones)?
Billie Piper is a fab actress.0
