Is that from the accident, SHS, or from the general super-busyness? Take care of yourself.
2023: the year I get to buy a car
  • I think it is from the accident. I am underwhelmed by the response of the other party.

Still no details forthcoming - I guess that is how some people are successful in business. My insurance company has all the details needed though.

As long as you've got the other party's insurance details, it'll get clear, and in the meantime you get the medical and physio help that you need, that's all there is to it. Thinking of you.

  • Well as long as you've alerted your insurance with their details it should be ok. Sucks that this has happened to you. :(
  • Oh well. The main thing is that my boy is OK.

I am very grateful for all the sympathy and tips.xxx

So sorry to hear about the accident, how can they just drive off! glad you got the details in the end though, take care x
    MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁
  • They didn't drive off...they just didn't have the details because it was the employer's car.

I think it is going to get sorted OK. If they deny fault I will take them to small claims as I'll lose 8 years ncb.
  • Earned another £25 tutoring and we have a second bnb guest, woohoo!

  • Well done SHS. You will wipe out that mortgage in no time. And I hope you will get a payout for your injury as you have had to have time off. It is not how you would like to make an overpayment but it has happened anyway so it may as well help the cause.
Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D
