The problem is they won't take all the land into account.0

Eak, is it still do-able with the lower valuation but at a higher LTV or a different lender that would appreciate the land? How frustrating.0

aw no why dont they take land into account?? Surely that adds to the value?
We were told by the H@lif@x additional land would add value, we ended ul
p buying it cash on a separate title deed to avoid even costlier solicitors fee's but at some point it will added back and hopefully increase our mortgageable value!0 -
They are silly twits. Land attached to the house surely adds value.
It will just cost an extra £16 a month. It will be interesting to see what the real survey (ours) values it at tomorrow.

There can be problems with mortgage companies and land, I'm not surprised, unfortunately. Glad it won't cost you a lot and good luck with the potential promotion.
