    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    A few cheeky libations last night and now I need to clean and tidy but cba.

    We have a viewer next weekend.

    We have managed a bag to the chazza and a car load to the tip.

    Next door are cutting our hedge, very helpful except I thought it was still nesting season?

    Endless washing has been done and a huuugge cooked breakfast eaten.

    Next step clean up the fireplace.
