i always offered about 10 mins after viewing! Grans house had an offer weeks after viewing which I thought very strange, must be a tactic as it was very low. Hopefully they are stewing it over over the bank holiday ready for an offer Tuesday morningMFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0

I am the same, just want to nail it down when I have decided.
Hope they come back with a better offer for your gran's house.0 -
I always want to nail it quickly - but - when we bought here - we waited a few days, went back for a 2nd viewing, left it 48 hours and offered low...we came up in the offer but we had a strategyMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -

That's good, NG.
Watty you are too cool for school!
I had a meltdown at work on Friday which was caused by the (probably) careless wording of an email from my line manager.
I need to get out more/change my responses/rest/not sure.

Emails are the devil's work because people rush them. Please don't stress about it xPaid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!

Emails are odd. Someone can take an email badly after hours have been spent carefully crafting the words and at the same time not fret about an email written in haste (I recently fired off an email telling someone it was not my job to write her business plan - it was very blunt and copied to her boss - she wrote back - fair comment and took it well. I fretted for 24 hours about how rude I'd been ...just can't tell) SSS is right. Don't stress about it.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
