We are staying off until 15th Feb.
We are not very good at moderation which is why we stopped, and I really struggle to lose ANY weight when drinking.
Today I am grateful for
* getting home in the light
* last mock papers tonight
* I forgot my lunch so have 1000 cal left
* family
* 7 more get ups!
