  • I was ok today until I came home to find DH had eaten nearly all of the curry paste. Helpful much!

    Back to being grateful for
    * being married and having a DH to moan about.
    * all the children and animals are well
    * it was light until 5.25
    * 10 free copies of a book I reviewed
    * meetings at the new place finish a full Hour earlier.

    Spent £20 in Mr S and need to pay the farrier.

    Well done :T stopping drinking is such a help when trying to lose isn't it, I failed dry Jan so am trying dry Feb instead (it's shorter :p) are you staying off or going to have the odd glass now?
    MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁
  • We are staying off until 15th Feb.
    We are not very good at moderation which is why we stopped, and I really struggle to lose ANY weight when drinking.

    Today I am grateful for
    * getting home in the light
    * last mock papers tonight
    * I forgot my lunch so have 1000 cal left
    * family
    * 7 more get ups!

    I have had one glass of wine in January. Definitely think I have broken the habit of looking forward to fizzy Friday.

    I am moving getting home whilst it is still light too. Makes me look forward to the Summer when on getting home from work I can play with the children in the garden.
