I'm so sorry that happened to you, SHS
that's so wrong
It's obviously preying on you, and you've mentioned it before - but your weight doesn't seem to interfere with your energy, or the amount you can manage to do in a day. Do you think it's affecting your long term health? That would be the only reason to pay attention to your weight,IMO. Well, there's one other, and I pay attention to my own weight for this reason - if I have to buy new clothes because I need *bigger* clothes, then that's not good, too expensive. That's tipped me over into watching my weight for a while - just in the sense of controlling portion size, and finishing eating earlier in the evening. As an mse-er, that matters!
Hope you're feeling okay :kisses3:2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
I really want there to be wine this evening for me too, and there's even a nice little bottle of red I could open ... the awful thing is, by the time I get to opening it, all I usually want is a cup of tea
here's hoping I make it ...

I am not sure how you do it GreenT but Newgirly has the power.
I am smallholdingsister.
KC I need to lose 3 1/2 stone so I can reasonably get on a horse.
No other motivations seem to matter.0 -

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -

LOL Watty. Love a (quorn) sausage sandwich. Floppy I have been going a couple of weeks, will just try not to destroy the effort over Christmas. I don't want to be boring about food.
I might do couch to 5k in New Year.
Today is collect Turkey, buy eggs, DS has called a Meeting to discuss The Location of the Stockings, and a drinks party. Jolly, what?!0 -
There you go! That's an incredibly positive, incredibly personal, reason, when you make it a priority you're *bound* to get to the right level for you :xmassmilesmallholdingsister wrote: »KC I need to lose 3 1/2 stone so I can reasonably get on a horse.

That sounds so funny and so sweet :xmassmileOooh - I think I've figured out how to invite you to be my friend! :rotfl::rotfl:
Ooh, quorn sausage sarnie. Don't really eat bread any more, but I'm doing quorn sausages this evening. Going to chop up some vac-packed chestnuts over them, and douse the whole lot in my brother's crab apple jelly :beer:smallholdingsister wrote: »LOL Watty. Love a (quorn) sausage sandwich.
