  • One of the fatter pigs bit the skinny one. Vet reckons they will settle down. Great to find a vet who has piggies herself.
  • Morning. Have to try to get the washing done today with no aga, no tumbledryer and constant rain.

    Small price to pay though.
  • I'm feeling your pain - we have no tumble dryer and just checked weather forecast and its not looking great (same as yesterday) so my house will become a Chinese laundry again.

I'm just glad the house is always warm even with no heating on so should dry ok.

Picked up some cobb chicks yesterday - these are chickens which are for meat so by Xmas we will have a freezer full of our own chickens. Would your DH consider chickens for meat as you only keep them for 3 months?
  • Oh my. The Chinese laundry situation is oh so familiar. I hate it but then I hate washing in general- I'm a completed finisher and washing is never finished.

  • Never put away here! Laundry mountains abound.

I'm vegetarian, elephant, and the whole family is too soft to witness the despatching.
  • I love our new house. Confession time. Our mortgage is now 329 k.
  • But it's worth every penny right?

  • It won't be at 329 for long though, will it...
