  • It does sound huge but it will soon come down. You bought the place knowing that you would have other income streams from it, so it will all work out. And it will be a lot of fun, forever! Well done on going for what you really want rather than just playing it safe.
Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D
  • Ha. Thanks both.

I have a new hobby. Singing "Bat out of hell" along with DD1 as she plays it on the piano. AGAINST her wishes.

    THIS!

That figure will tumble SHS. Looking forward to all your plans becoming a reality.

  • I love our new house. Confession time. Our mortgage is now 329 k.

It'll come down soon enough! Ours is insanely large as well but you just have to keep chipping away at it.
  • Thanks. I hope so!

Breakthrough! DD1 has allowed me to sing!
  • Rant alert!

Just looking to see when the live shows start for strictly and they mention "Reverend Richard Coles". Is it me or is his title "The Reverend Richard Coles"?

    Even the beeb now?!
  • Hmmmnnn. What do you do if a person doesn't collect a "collect only" ebay item?

I have reminded them once (said her courier would be in touch asap, but nothing).
  • I'm guessing eventually if they challenge it eBay will refund? Does eBay give a maximum on how long you have to store it?

    Success on the singing!
