flyglobespan.com website price query

Trying to book a one-way flight on this site. On the fares page, there is a header above the fares list saying "Fares shown below now include all taxes" but when I click throught to book, £10 tax is added. I have phoned them but all they said was to e-mail them with my query, If I wait for their reply, I'll be too late to book the flight.

Anybody else have similar problem and was it resolved?

Similar thing. Looking at booking flights to Tenerife and on the main pages it says that all flights include all tax. When I select the flights then go to book, £26 per person is added onto the total cost for taxes/fees/charges. Anybody challenged this and had any success? Also, does anyone know flyglobespan's e-mail address?

That is Flyglobespan's 'delay' surcharge, if you don't pay it then your plane will be delayed by anything up to 18 hours............. :rolleyes:

.........then again, if you do pay you'll still probably get delayed



sorry..... bad experience with them, pray your plane doesn't develop any technical faults within the two weeks before your flight :cool:
