Recently i visited a seaside parking area purchased a ticket a placed on my dashboard went to my boot and gathered some items and left. About three quarters of a hour later i returned to put some things back in my boot. upon arriving at my car there was a parking ticket on the windscreen. looking inside my car the ticket i had purchased had either fallen or blown onto the foot-well on the drivers side. My question is ;is the Parking ticket i received valid.?

You may think the parking ticket isn't valid but the parking company think it's a future pay cheque.
Read and digest the NEWBIES thread and come back with some more details, with personal info redacted.

It's as valid as the tickets everyone else gets.
You just need to do the same as we all need to do to beat them.0 -
Is this a council ticket or a private one?0

My car was parked in the promenade car park at Southport just off the seafront.
The car park is managed by All Parking Services Uk Ltd. The fee i payed was £3.20 for five hours.on the pay and display car parking signage it states that all tickets must be displayed on the dashboard which i understand, but my ticket had clearly been blown off the dash and out of view. i just wanted to know my rights on this regarding law etc.Does having a valid ticket count for nothing.?0 -

And they are BPA AOS members, so easily defeated at POPLA if/when they reject your appeal.

Note: Either wait for the Notice to Keeper, OR appeal the windscreen ticket (as keeper) around day 22 after the date of the windscreen tciket.0
