Does anyone know if it is possible to have the snipping tool icon in task bar on start up automatically, rather than the need to go vi start to open and minimize because once used, it goes and you need to repeat the process.

Before I comment, I din't say I was running vista 32bit, if that's of use, anyway
I've done that, and it is there out of view. On the left corner, by windows globe, are three icons, when I hover over each I see:-
*show desktop
*switch between windows
*launch IE
then two arrows, clicking shows, Google chrome, chrome app launcher, snipping tool, picasa
I have never found a use for the three main icons and have rarely looked at the two arrows. However, that snipping tool access is much easier. Ideally I would have it visible, any idea's please? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Right click on the taskbar and click "properties"
Check the box that says "show quick launch". Press ok.
Go to your snipping tool in the start menu, right click on it, click add to quick launch.
Go to quick launch to the right of the start globe and drag the snipping tool icon to the task bar0 -
Hi,
and, if you right click the unused icons, you should get option to delete or unpin.0 -
