Nextbase 202 dash cam problem

I got this last weekend, installed it but I've noticed sometimes it stops recording and I can't get it to start Again, if I press the OK button it will record for about 10-20 seconds then stop , it's got a 32gb sd card and connected to the cig lighter and shows on the display it is. Anyone else have this cam and can offer some advice?
