Miss-sold warranty?
Options
I have just brought a second hand car from one of the large nationwide car dealers.
The car is just under a year old and I was told that the car only had 2 years left on the warranty and advised to buy one from them to make it up to 3 years. Which I did at a cost of £299. There was no paperwork supplied by them regarding the manufacturers warranty.
I have since found out that the car has 4 years warranty from new so still has 3 years left.
Should I be able to cancel it and get my money back?
