Account Charges

Good morning,

Long story......

We had an account many years ago with Lloyd's. If my memory serves me right it was either a gold or platinum account.
We had some financial difficulties and went with a Payment reduction company which meant we had to switch accounts. This company took all our paperwork in relation to our loans from Lloyd's.
We have since encountered many issues with the reduction company in which I have envolved the ombudsman. I am no longer with the ombudsman but have no knowledge of any details relating to my account or loans. I am checking for PPI via the ombudsman currently.

My question is can I approach Lloyd's and ask for copies of my old account to check for possible refunds as the account was gold/platinum?
I have previously spoke to Lloyd's regarding our loan and they didn't have any paperwork in relation to it?!

What is it that you are after from Lloyds as you mention account charges in the title, then go on to mention PPI, then back to something to do with the gold/platinum account and then onto a loan.

  • You can ask them for a SAR - it will cost you £10 - then they will send you copies of all information held about you.

    Sorry,

As I have my loan reference numbers I already have investigations underway on my loans for ppi

My post was in regard to claiming for charges on the account I previously held.
I suppose my main question/concern is can I still apply for a refund of account charges on my account even though I no longer have the account? My account has been closed for a few years but I still am paying loans associated with the previous account.....

You're not paying loans associated with the account, you're paying loans, because these are standalone items, and not associated with any particlar account.

You need to find the claiming back package account charges above.

You will have to send a SAR and £10 to see what info is left if you no longer have the account numbers.

Be aware, you are not claiing something back, you are making a complaint that something was missold to you......
