    hi,
dont feel bad about them, you only have to pick up any daily newspaper to see what the banks really do with peoples money. they are funding private equity deals right, left and centre with moneys made out of private banking customers like us. they buy up companies and strip them to the bones then sell them on, not caring how many people they put out of a job. if they aint buying companies they are buying banks up all over the world, i wont shed any tears for them thats for sure.

Strange, my bank have never rang me up and said " I'm sorry Mr ***** but we have over charged you on your overdraft, would you like a refund"

At they end of the day, they are a business and businesses no matter how big or how small they are, are there to make a profit. As already mentioned, you are just a number, number ****9883, your account number.

Do not feel sorry or feel any guilt, the good old days of going to see your trusted bank manager are well gone..........they are a profit making machine, with one thing in mind £££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££. They still make massive profits (in interest) when they take 3 days to clear money in accounts, thats your money, they make a profit on not theirs.

P.S He/She will just write your (and others) debt off their quartly and yearly bonus payouts.

Sorry, as you can see I hate banks and the way they opperate.
