Home hair colouring - how do you rinse off?

Same as peachyprice here. Rinse my hair leaning back a little til most of it gone (then a quick forward rinse to get the nape). Then wash my face and shower body. Done.

Never even considered doing it any other way and I've never had a problem.

I only ever had a problem with Directions pot dyes as they managed to stain my skin (and the shower floor) even after only seconds of touching. Rinsing in the shower has never been an issue with any box dyes though, including the Live XXL range.

If you are genuinely nervous about bleach getting in your eyes then you could get one of those rings to protect them, but leaning your head back should be sufficient.
