Hoping this is on the right board, as I am hoping that there maybe someone that can help as LG customer services can't.
My washing machine that is 3/4 years old has decided to throw a couple of error codes at me mid cycle. Everything was flashing and was showing code IU:02 and then IA:06 (flashing the codes back and forth).
I can't find any reference to these online and their own customer service team didn't know what they were and just said to call an engineer out.
I don't really want to have the cost of an engineer call out fee if it's a software or control board problem that is going to cost more than buying a new machine.
Does anyone have an idea as to what these codes mean so that I can get an idea on the possible cost of repair. Already had to replace my dishwasher and fridge freezer this month so money is really stretched. Thank you in advance.

Sounds like a door lock issue.0 -
Thank you, I hadn't seen that when I was googling. I have put it in a tub clean which produced loads of circular lime scale, so looks like it's worked through it. I didn't produce an error this time do will do that QC test you linked me through to.
Don't think it's the door as I can hear it locking etc. will see
