Unexpected response to PPI reclaim request - very confusing!

I submitted a claim to Halifax for PPI on a credit card. Although the account is still live, I haven't used it for years and haven't had a card for it for at least 6 years. The claim got posted on Monday and today I got a letter from Halifax saying that they "are pleased to confirm that a new card has been sent in the name requested". I have married since I last used the card but Halifax know this and I definitely did not request a credit card alongside the PPI claim. Has anyone got any experience of this as I have no idea if it's a good or a bad sign?
I haven't got anything back from them yet regarding the claim but didn't expect to get anything this early.

It has no impact on the outcome of your complaint. However, if the account was still open on new details and you supplied them with updated details then it is logical for a replacement card to be sent.
