I have a question on disability and dosh regarding Internet banking and accessibility; so no advice is needed on that.
All I need is a basic bank account. Have been with Natwest since 2011; but have had enough with regards to the lack of accessibility for numerous reasons.
Contactless debit card is useful. But it's not that important.

What particular sort of accessibility do you need and what is the problem with NatWest?
Your thread about this in the disability forum (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5301434) implies that vision is an issue - is that the main issue?0 -
Yes, that's the issue.
accessibility is what you've linked to and being sent application forms (which I can't read) for stuff in standard print. This is despite asking for stuff in large print.
I don't need a debit card with a Braille sticker (or whatever it is Natwest use) on it.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked
