  • My interview went fine! The guy on the phone was friendly enough, he's only doing his job after all! 48 minutes all together.

Just be organised, have your paperwork / SOA in front of you and be honest.

My tax code will change to NT so that money will go to the OR but other than that I haven't got to pay anything else towards it!

It's all gone a little too smoothly so I'm wondering what surprises are around the corner! Hopefully none!

Good luck, you'll be fine, just be organised!

That's great to hear it all went smoothly for you. I don't think there can be anything waiting in the wings can there after that interview? From what I've read, that's the biggie.

Take care, here's to your new life! xx
When looking at the climb in front of you, don't forget to look back once in a while and see how far you have come:j

Daisy, I don't think they generally do face to face interviews just for logistical reasons (ie to save time and money). Generally the only time I've heard of people having face to face OR interviews is where it is related to a business bankruptcy or where the situation is complicated. For 99.9% of people, it's not necessary.
I'm sure your's will be fine when the time comes.

P.S the point of the interview is to ensure that the OR understands what's led to your bankruptcy and to discuss your expenses. it should just be going over the SOA, just clarifying a few things, double checking things and just checking they are happy with it all. It's to get a picture of your situation , not to judge you in anyway.
