Parking eye PCN

Hi all,
I received a PCN from parking eye the other day for being 20 minutes over my ticket time from my holiday in Cornwall. I am from Scotland where the advice is to ignore it as it's unenforceable here, but as it was issued in England can they take it further even though I live in Scotland or would it be wise to ignore it, any help on this would be great and appreciated.

PE would have to pursue you through the Scottish courts for an event that occurred in England. This they are unlikely to do, as it's too hard. So it's best to ignore.0

Great thanks for that :-)0

You - if you are in Scotland, simply ignore the bams. The changes of them doing anything meaningful is very slim indeed. PE take loads of people to court south of the border but in Scltland and NI, actions are like hens-teeth!

See the pre-POFA letter chain thread in this forum for a fair idea of the rubbish they will be sending you over the next 6-8 months.0 -
Ok will do just wasn't sure if it made a difference because the offence happened in England and not in Scotland as to whether they could take it further in a Scottish or English court, I think their fine of £60 increasing to £100 after 2 weeks is completely ridiculous if it was more reasonable I probably would of paid it0
