DRO - I have no bank statements to provide

Hi there. I want to apply for a debt relief order. I have my wage slips to prove my earnings. But I do not have any bank statements and I can never get them. My dad runs his own business, I am paid £800 / month by them and spend £740 a month - I pay tax on these earnings, but because I am an ex-gambling addict, I do not get paid my wages, my dad keeps them and pays all my outgoings for me. I am scared if i apply for a DRO they will request a bank statement I cannot provide?

You'll need to consult with whoever is processing your DRO
They will want a bank statement, to allow them to verify
-your expenses
-your income
-that you haven't tried to hide money
Does your dad do your finances through a separate account, or his own ?0 -
I wouldn't have a problem with wage slips proving your income - that's what I'd expect.
You need to link up with an intermediary and find out what they need. It's your declaration and ultimately if you insist on making an application, the intermediary cannot refuse (that's what we're told).0
