I think regular cyclists should have insurance for there own benefit as an accident could mean time off work. And the bills still have to be paid if you get my drift

Sorry to tell you, LS is not well:( , just heard from her and told her you was all asking so she said to update you, as you know she was at the hospital today , but when i was in touch with her this morning she said she didnt feel well and at least she was going to the right place.
