What does it taste like? i am hopeless with tablets and that, very very rarely take any:o

I have tasted it but as i taste lots of different food on a weekly basis I cant remember the taste :o

My son says it tastes like cr&p. But its worth it he was getting a few spots nothing to bad. But i think he was getting a complex to go with them.

After a week on the aloe Vera no spots at all and he said his concentration had improved in university also he felt much better in himself as he was less stressed out

So sorry to hear about LS. Thanks for keeping us updated bubbs. Hope she is feeling very much better very soon.

We too got eaten alive on holiday. DH never normally gets bitten but he had 16 on one ankle at one point! I always seem to attract them so went prepared with spray, wipes and candles but it made no difference - I seemed to get a couple of new bites every evening :(

Feeling very autumnal here. Since getting back on Friday we've had hm tomato soup, runner beans with most meals and a blackberry and apple crumble. All very harvest like.
