Thank you for the update - it is the first time I have heard of people being banned online from specific stores (instore there have been one or two reports). Do you have a voucher balance still to use and will it let you at other stores? And did you used to use both of the nearest stores?

Just seeing if we can work out how it has been implemented - we know from previous reports it is normally one store who have reported it/had issues, but if there was an issue with vouchers they would normally suspend the account outright.

I have a voucher balance to use up so will need to place an order as it seems a risk now to try to extend and it would be annoying to lose them (again ).
