On my way home from work today there was a house with a sign up and four carrier bags full of apples :) sign said to take them so I had one bag but now I'm wondering what to do with them given my freezers are full to bursting and I go on holiday in a week :o

Suggestions please - I have plenty of rhubarb I can match them with but don't want to be making endless supplies of crumble :o and I do t have huge amounts of time to do anything big with them either

My bro has a HUGE garden with plum and apple trees.....so much fruit we can't even give it away! Last year he had a BBQ where everyone filled bags upon bags and there are still loads left over! Any ideas what to do with them? Seems such a shame to let them rot....:(

Hi all, from a womble today, another little glitch that might be some use.

    V T
10x Muller Corner Milk Choc Digestive (135G) £6.80 £5.72On the bottom of the receipt are two discounts - Muller offer -£2.37 and Muller offer -£0.43
I believe they might be 10 for £4 in A and they compare best at the moment with T's. I make them around 28p each, which isn't the best but not bad if you need some.
Another Elite might be able to work something out better than I can.

CJJ - I can't comment on the outfit but I would suggest not holding your phone like that during the interview (sound off and in your bag), best to maintain eye contact ;).

Try the foodbanks direct (i know they normally won't take perishable stuff!)

Try the local school/hospital canteens etc

Dump them in an open box/container near your least favourite supermarket and invite people to help themselves.

Go to your local MPs house and take aim.
