Thank you TrulyMadly, it is good to be back. Don't get me wrong I love my DM dearly but I am not allowed a life when I am with her. She believes I am exclusively hers and she doesn't like me keeping in touch with anybody else, which is a nightmare. Furtive calls to family when she was asleep:rotfl: She is in a care home, and that is where I stayed....it was not easy. I can only look upon the experience as one that I had to do, thankful that I still have her and eternally grateful to the wonderful carers who make her life so happy. She speaks very highly of the way they look after her which puts my mind at rest.

Morning all hope everyone is well

TM google pied blackbird. We have a few round here.i think a pair of blackbirds through pied chicks as every year. We seem to have youngsters.
If not remember the last bird we were all looking for.;):p.:rotfl:

I have a blackbird with a wing half white on one side, had him for about 3 years, today also a good day not seen my 2 robins about for a while but seen 1 today so all good in the bird house lol

You have to look on RHS for Amazon price. Always fancied & have a month or more before delivery. I said I'd get one this winter but seems like now is the time to buy.

To be in touch abroad, you need to leave your SIM in the phone or otherwise you won't receive calls.

There should be an option to turn data to "wifi only" depending on your phone, alternatively turn data roaming off and wifi on. You could just turn data off entirely if wifi is on a different button.

You can also look for Apps that let you use your home phone for mobile calls through data - BT smart talk is a good one if you have a BT phone line at home. You need to set this up while you are at home.

Try taking an ipod touch with you, find free wi-fi spot and face time. Provided other person is in range of wi-fi with a face time enabled device you should be able to reach them free.
