Afternoon all.
Just a quick heads up for those of you who want/need USB flash drives for photos or for making a recovery disc before/after upgrading to Windows 10.
Tesco have some Sandisc flash drives at vastly reduced prices. The annoying thing is I just placed an Amazon order & forget the flash drives for the recovery discs.
All sandisc cruzer force/edge + others - all seem compatible with W10
8GB @ £4, 32GB @ £8, 64GB @£11. there were also 4, 16 & 128GB but didn't note these prices. Most are a little cheaper than Amazon & will also count as 1 of your 10 items.
Ours don't have the BNI now but I've noticed on MyS that the 'normal' price for the currys has reduced from £3 to £2.40 so whatever A's has them at it's not going to be such a big bargain anymore - I'm no longer going to buy them with those awful garlic pizzas (yep I've tried everything from sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, pestos etc) if they should ever be a reasonable price again.
I meant to go in Farm-foods for some scallops & forgot again. DUH! I've been fancying some pasta with scallops for a couple of weeks now & farm-foods usually has them frozen at very reasonable prices.
I've missed birthdays, sad occasions, illnesses etc. so congrats to all that are celebrating & hugs to everyone else.0 -
Good afternoon all. Had a bit of a shock in the 99p shop today. Hope they don't have inside knowledge - they actually had toboggans  :eek:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

I've been and have been diagnosed with bronchitis.
Been given a steroid inhaler now, pharmacist told me the type I have been given is new on the market and very effective, can't remember the word he used but got the impression not cheap or prescribed often.
Fingers crossed this knocks it on the head, Dodo came round earlier and I got out of puff just chatting to her. :rotfl:
She went off with some loo rolls and suncream. She has been slacking.

Is anyone else with iPhones having problems accessing some wifi networks since the iOS recent update? I have stopped bothering in A as I never seem to be able to access their wifi and am now struggling at home too (or holiday home). Other gadgets connect no problem - mine show full bars but pages/apps just hang or it keeps prompting for the password then won't accept it. Most frustrating
