Good morning lovely people, its still sunny :j
Just catching up with a brew before I go back to the house scrubbing. The highlight of my day is going to be a trip to the tip with bits of defunct storage heater etc - yes I know its a heady Glamorous life style I lead and you all envy me :rotfl:“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. I can feel you are as excited as I was when I got mine fitted.....so all ready now for the winter:snow_laug
Its been on its last legs since December. Overheating and cutting out several times a day. I'm amazed its kept going so long.
Wasted a lot of time looking into some of the government schemes (which take forever to give you an answer) but in the end went private.
Having the sysyem powerflushed today, then new boiler in tomorrow.
This Baxi one comes with a 10 year guarantee :j0 -
Oh just spent ages building another online shop. ...but my APG isn't there yet
Hope the lynx still works by time it comes!
Hi dawnylou. You don't get the APG vouchers from online shops until at least three hours after you collect or take delivery. You use the vouchers that are generated on your next shop.0 -

Sounds like the one I went for, it was a no brainer, as a ten year service and insurance pack from somewhere like British Gas would cost almost as much as the boiler“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Had to clear out the loft over the weekend for the boiler man. So much junk went to the tip. Why did we keep 8 old broken suitcases? And old cassette players from our long-scrapped cars? Mind you, I did find the end of my daughters USB flash drive that she lost 5 years ago :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Actually Dave I think it was a post from you that set me off searching for a boiler with a ten year guarantee - so thanks for that :beer:0 -
It would not be a normal day without me starting with a worry about my cashback items.
Firstly I checked Q clicksnappy and the items I uploaded yesterday are not showing yet - it's something I am having a dither about, might have to go back anyway for an exchange of a refund.
No dusted cod on any of my Q s
Then I had a look at my Shopotize which had 2 items under review from the weekend but both have been accepted - and it's only Tuesday, usually its day 8 before anything happens :T
OH is the same, everything accepted.
Just wondering wether or not to go to Sada to get the COS cider - I suppose there is a reindeer I could do or possibly a Sada v !!!!!! shop.
Autocorrect has replaced refund with reindeer - !!!!!! :rotfl:“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Dr O's are down to £1.50 each in Morribobs today I think so nice profit for each one bought as long as APG picks the correct price up.
I think I need to persuade my missus to let me get a chest freezer as it will pay for itself once I've bought about a hundred or so.
been back from cruise a few days now, and thid is the 1st time ive had time to log on. ive searched for pizza but cant find the op.
is this an offer like last year. eg have i got to buy  a pizza 1st. then just get a moc and repeat.
if so what has the promo boxes got on the front please.
back in 10 as ive got to clean up the garden before in rains. tia0 -

Starting next week ( Thursday 20th ) Lidl appear to be starting a trial of a form of loyalty card in Scotland. Dont know much about it - but looks as if it will offer discounts off specific items and "X pounds off when you spend over Y" type of promotions
Checked back on here and this is the only reference I can see so possibly new news for us Scots .
I was in Lidl yesterday getting a couple of things, and the staff were handing out these cards at the check out, it was taking £5 off when you spend £25 she told the customer in front of me "it's a trial run till 28th October and you could use it as many time as you want, if doing a large shop split into £25 lots"

Anyway MIL is taking me down for a few things so I've wrote a little shop up v T...
Raspberries
Pack smoothie melts
Napolina pasta and sauce
Two lynx and dove
UDI
Peas and carrots tinned
And a lemon
Is there anything else I should consider adding? OK I'm scared it's not enough items so added A free range eggs, unsalted butter, a red onion and broccoli....that should be enough items??
Was also going to do a v S as fish on CS gives £1.50 back making it free but can't think of anything else to buy :rotfl:
I'm at a loss, this is all maybe a bit too much for my little pea brain :rotfl:Dream of being mortgage free....
