Such a busy day. Pulled up the last of the onions and they have spent the day sunbathing on top of a raised bed. Had a good tidy up outside before heading off to T. My carefully planned shop went out the window when I saw the reductions and RTC and everything got slung in the trolley:o

Got some fab things.....organic black and yellow tomatoes....mine are still not ripening much, some gorgeous looking heritage new potatoes, stuff I don't usually get my hands on like rasps and blackberries and really fancy yoghurts.....and then I spotted the cage in the middle of the floor full to the brim with lagers, boxed ciders and beers. No one else had seen it. I'm guessing it was all the damaged boxes out the back and they were having a good clear out. I got 12 Magners ciders for £2.50, large Stella's sellotaped together in sixes for £1.50, boxes of French lagers. There was all sorts:T
Picked up 4 Shloers as my comparison shop went out the window

Also picked up the Napolina stuff and Hellmans for Sloppy. All £1 each:)

It's the most I've spent on a shop in ages.....£20

    Forgetting to tell you........

As we were packing the stuff away Mr TM dropped a full pack of Bieres. 5 out of 12 shattered on the floor. We were on a long long time clearing it up. I'm thinking we will be finding green glass for months to come.

That wasn't what I was going to tell you...it just slipped out:rotfl::rotfl:

This is what I was going to tell you.

As we were waiting for the veg to be reduced. I spotted a couple with 2 children at the bread counter. They just turned to face me as the double doors opened and the trolley full of reductions was wheeled out. There wasn't a scrum but people moved quickly to get what they wanted. It was quite civilised really. I heard the man say to his family in quite a loud voice "Look at them. They are like seagulls at the tip."
    I felt so angry:mad:

What a thing to say in front of his children

    Tolerance....phew:(

    LS how you feeling today?
Been booty this morning and sold lots , so i am:D:D:D

Well done on your booty, and to nanny as well. :T

Had to go via 111 to get district nurse to pay a second visit today. I've currently got a stoma bag keeping some stents tucked away which feeds through into a drainage bag, and the stoma bag came unstuck at the bottom, leaving me soaked. :(

I'd decided to sit in computer chair for a bit to get me out of bed. Not sure whether it had already come unstuck, or seated position made it, but so frustrating.

DN was back within a couple of hours and changed the bag, and she was lovely. Feeling a bit frustrated though, it has to be said. Back to bed for me, seems safer lying down. :o
