Unable to log in to HSBC this morning

Anyone else experiencing a problem with HSBC Online Banking this morning?
The HSBC home page comes up fine but as soon as I try to log in it times out with 'page not found'. Hope it's not me. Has their Security Server gone to the great bank in the sky?

No its not just you, I have just tried after reading your post and I cant get in either. They may just be doing a upgrade system or something like that.

    Just have to keep trying.

Thanks for that confirmation clarry. I was worried because I had a mouse and keyboard update from Microsoft yesterday and thought perhaps it had screwed up what I was inputting from the keyboard. :)

Hopefully they can get it sorted out soon.

Interesting. Perhaps they have different security servers for different account ranges ???

Just tried again for the upteenth time and still no joy. I hope they haven't spent all my money! :(

I'v just tried again myself and still nothing.

I have mobile app and that is working but only give you very minimal information. ie: balance, mini-statement (only 6 last spends).

I am unable to log in either. I can get in on my laptop but not my desktop so am wondering whether it is the fact that at the weekend I upgraded the desktop to Windows 10 and for some reason the HSBC system doesn't like it.

Well it's still working for me since it came back to life just before 10am.
I doubt it's a Windows 10 issue since all my PCs are either on 7 or 8 and were all locked out earlier this morning.

It is not a W10 issue after all as it has just finally let me in. Must have been the server's fault rather than my computer.
