how to replace bulb. Bathroom cabinet

I have a `designer` cabinet in our new build house. The halogen strip light is situated in a stand on top of the cabinet and is slightly forward of the cabinet. There is no visible way of removing the bulb. I believe an allen key is needed but we can`t find a hole for an allen key. The shaving socket is underneath the top and inside the cabinet (stupid place, no-one can reach it)
The cabinet has an A at the bottom and I think the make is ART
