    Oh my that looks like years of crud.

    My OH has clothes that he gets attached to and I have to wrestle them off him to wash them, lol. I can't understand it myself, I'd rather wear clean clothes. The thought of wearing a top with all that built-up product makes me wince a bit.

    But to answer your original question, no I don't think it's cleanable now. The chemicals needed to dissolve whatever it is would have to be so strong as to melt the garment :rotfl:

    Looking at the photo, there is a reason for this.

    Now no doubt you have got used to the smell, but others will notice it, trust me.
