Impossible to obtain credit report no fixed abode?

Hi all
I want to apply for a debt relief order but I have no idea if i currently owe less than £15k.
I am currently living with a friend and am basically of no fixed abode.
It certainly seems to me that it is impossible for me to obtain my credit report if I am at no fixed abode? Therefore I have no way of finding out how much debt I am actually in? I do not have old letter's
