Taskbar and Start Menu at Top

My 16 month old son has been messing about on my computer and somehow managed to get the taskbar and start menu at the top. I can't get this back down to the bottom. How do I do this?

Thanks

You can drag it to either left or right, and the drag it to the bottom. Just click on a spare, grey bit and drag. You may be able to drag it directly to the bottom, but I'm not too sure.

It may also be prudent to stop a 16 month old playing with a computer.

FYI if you right-click on the "spare area" of the grey bar and select "Lock the Taskbar" this locks it from being "moveable" - although I'm sure your son will know this trick too :D
