I have just been on the phone to NU to get a quote only to be declined as my postcode is in a high risk of subsidence
. I asked the lady if this was me or it is based on the postcode (KT17). She confirmed it is the postcode and as long as I live there or until NU change their policy I will always be declined
so does anybody else have an idea on getting the data around what is a high risk subsidence area?
any suggestions
