Small value Direct Debits

I have a couple of Santander 123 accounts, but I have recently lost one of the Direct Debits due to blagging a good deal from Plusnet.
I have searched the forum but can't find a link or list of small value direct debits to replace the one that's gone.
Can anyone suggest some eg £1-4 per month insurance policies or similar that I can take out?
I don't want to lose 3% interest for the sake of a small Direct Debit!
Thanks
Jeremy

If you open an online saver account with Tesco bank you can log into it and set it to pull money from one or more of your current accounts, via direct debit.
If you don't mind actually 'spending' a couple of pounds a month you could set up a monthly direct debit subscription to a charity e.g. NSPCC
You can set up a paypal account to be linked to your current account via direct debit and then just buy something online using that once in a while instead of your usual credit / debit card.0 -
Santander doesn't need monthly paying DDs - one that pays just once or twice a year would be enough.0

What about a charitable donation? Would that work? I pay £3 a month to a couple of charities via DD.£2 savers club #33

I have a Tesco Current account, would that do? I have looked but can't see a way of pulling regular payments into it from Santander by DD?

Just been setting up a new DDM for the same thing, ie 123 a/c, as I only had 1 x ddm on it. Looking at my Tesco a/cs, the 2 interest earning curent a/cs do NOT have the facility to "move money in" (LHS of menu/page), but all the other Instant Saver a/c, Instant Saver, and Instant access ones do (never noticed this before.
So just set up/open 1/some I.S. a/c, I.S, or I.A.
Don't thing there is any limit on them. I seem to have loads.
CARE - some/all places seem to deem two different dirrect debits from the same Tesco a/c, as ONE ddm, so do 2 from 2 different a/cs0 -
no, as bowlhead99 said: open an online saver account with Tesco bankRoccket990 wrote: »I have a Tesco Current account, would that do?0 -
Try this one, which includes both 'artificial' DDs to accounts you control and also genuine ones to charities, etc: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5126573Roccket990 wrote: »I have searched the forum but can't find a link or list of small value direct debits to replace the one that's gone0 -
