we had our landlord checked property before we moved out
we agreed we will cut the grass as it was a problem - done
then we gave them keys back and outstanding money to hand
after that landlord signed that he is happy with it - in reasonable condition
now i see that he wants to cut 200 pound from our 1500 deposit
what should i do?

What's the £200 for? You've cut the grass so it can't be that.aspire2707 wrote: »we had our landlord checked property before we moved out

House was unfurnished and after refubishment so it was not nesessary, but we have made pictures.
I have made a patch and hole was not noticed.
After i cut the grass i went to his house and gave him keys back,
Then he made me a confirmation on the piece of paper saying:
"Recieved 143.00 pounds from michal on account of rent for 37 P.... walk - 1 August 2015 and the keys to the front door and the home is in reasonable condition.
Date 1.09.2015"
Could he request anything more after signing this?0
