I sent a letter to M&S regarding mis sold PPI and I have today received a questionaire to fill in. Does this mean that I definitely did pay PPI on this credit card?

No. They are responsindg to your complaint by asking you to give them the tools to investigate your complaint.

So from your post are you saying that you put in a complaint about missold PPI, when in truth you don't at present know whether you had this or not?

No I don't know for definite. I received a payment for the ccp that I paid on this account and I think that I paid ppi on the old store card account that I originally had.

The reason I queried it because two other banks came back away with a letter saying that never paid PPI. M&S was different because they sent a questionaire.

But surely you must know whether you were mis-sold PPI otherwise why are you making a claim?
