I sent a letter to M&S regarding mis sold PPI and I have today received a questionaire to fill in. Does this mean that I definitely did pay PPI on this credit card?

No I don't know for definite. I received a payment for the ccp that I paid on this account and I think that I paid ppi on the old store card account that I originally had.
The reason I queried it because two other banks came back away with a letter saying that never paid PPI. M&S was different because they sent a questionaire.0 -

But surely you must know whether you were mis-sold PPI otherwise why are you making a claim?0
