Just an little update.

Well they did finally call me back and complain that it would be petty of me to chase them for 1p. I said I agreed but hadn't made up my mind what I was going to do, I was considering enforcement action or asking the Judge to hold them in contempt for such a pattern of unreasonable behavior.
Pretty quickly I get the following cheque in the post.
It pays to persevere. :T

If it was the solicitor for easyjet making the original cheque payment I would make a complaint about the solicitor to The Office for Supervision of Solicitors @ The Law Society. Why let dirtbags get away with it?The man without a signature.0
