Amazon voucher from LateRooms

I booked a hotel night through LateRooms on the promise of a £10 Amazon gift voucher which would be credited within 5 days of my completing the booked stay. Two months, two emails and a phone call later there is still no sign of a voucher.
I see LateRooms are still offering similar promotions.
Any similar experiences out there or ideas on how to proceed?

So you're aware of the rules about companies posting on here, but instead thought "screw the rules, I'll do what I want".
Not a great reflection on laterooms, is it?
